I mean come on. The channel is free so lets not complain and enjoy the channel.
Free is free and we really have no place to bitch. If your paying a sub thats one thing but not with free stuff.
Also with FTA it's here today gone tomorrow. Enjoy it while you have it, one never knows when bye bye...
symbol rate
I didn't have to rescan to get the new channel, so the symbol rate must not have changed too much. The thread got so far gone I forget if it was posted earlier lol.
Hated to lose the west feed though, until I found OffBeat Cinema on Friday night!
So maybe we'll have it on Saturday night also, that show is so weird I like it.
Even if they do show the Screaming Skull every other week, haha.

This is basically their schedule, hopefully it comes in handy to somebody, I wrestled with my old copy of Photoshop last night to get this hehehe, taken from their website, i'll also leave a copy of the PDF i made (if you want to add it to the first post or somewhere else, Iceberg), if there's any correction to it let me know by PM (easier to know since the thread has grown inmensely in less than a couple of days) and i'll edit it:

They did change pids for RTV East and the audio pid for TuffTV. You might check to make sure yours are not locked on a rescan (speaking from experience). If all else fails delete the two channels in the mux and then do a rescan of the freq..

This is way, way too true.
For me to complain about this would be way out of line. RTV West was exactly the same thing as RTV East except for the time difference. Sort of a waste of band width in a way...
If you are on a limited income, impact of this could be a hardship. But, if you can afford satellite gear, you can probably afford a VCR. Never mind about that arguement...
On the other hand, to watch the stuff I am accustomed to watching, when I am accustomed to watching it, I'd have to:

I did have to rescan to get Tuff, but both are working just fine, low bit rate but watchable.

She comes in with all these sob stories about her husband/her life, whatever, then asks the group for all kinds of help with FTA, which we are more than happy to do for the most part, then She doesnt like what she sees on FTA, and spews out man-hatred and we are supposed to like it? I dont think so..

Dee, if you are still reading this thread, I formulated this response yesterday, but it seems maybe useless now, but a few things I would like to remind you of.
You joined here and asked for help, it was given freely by every one on this board, including myself.
You complained about not being able to do things, we suggested ways around some of your problems.
We took an interest in your life, especially when you mentioned getting those "little" shocks around your place (remember that?) and you got your Dad to help you.
You had trouble digging holes in your back yard and got the neighbor to help (and paid him with beer, remember that?).
These are all from the guys you profess to hate so much.
I figured out that like another person that used to rattle our cage some time back, the best way to get around annoying problems is to ignore them, and as has been pointed out many times, this is all free, you used basically equipment that the ex left laying around and other than one instance when your g/f and you were in the country, the only help you received was male help.
I asked you once before to stop trying to make ME feel guilty, and I felt bad about posting that, though I received PMs thanking me for that post.
I used to really enjoy your posts when you started here, they were "cuitsie, little girl-ish and sounded sort-of valley-ish Los Angelish like" but then you turned on this "mean" button and your true colors showed up.
Well my advise to change channels and ignore what you don't like still stands, just as when you post, I'm going to have to "change channels and ignore" what I don't like.
You threatened us, told us you were leaving, wanted your account deleted.

I have blockage on 83W ( a house is in the way). I could however put the dish further out in the yard to overshoot the house. Tuff TV looks interesting enough to go through the trouble of setting the dish out in the yard. I already get RTV on a local station, so that is why I haven't set the dish out back.
Well I welcome any additional channel. It's free so don't gripe. Dee Ann needs to get a life. Also she evidently missed all the programming for women that I've seen on the pay networks...Dish and cable...WE, Oxygen etc...She could always start her own channel...I welcome Tuff TV.....Blind
