LNB Skew

The dish details for HR97AF are given as El 24.1deg, azimuth(T) 142.9deg and LNB skew as minus14.4deg. I am confused as to the LNB skew reading - Is it when looking towards the dish or looking towards the satellite and is zero at the top.

but it works the same way...the post would be reported for staff to check out

negative skew if standing in front of the dish would be to turn the LNB clockwise
