Guys It been my greatest honor helping you all and I will continue to try and help you out the best ways I know how.

But The company I work for deiced they no longer wanted my help .

I will still be here and I will still help you all out . though this time with out the help of my directv systems

What a boneheaded maneuverer on DirecTv's part after what you did on your own time. Hope you find quick employment elsewhere. Don't pay to be loyal to a company these days.

A while back I was let go from a agency from exposing something to the local pa-per on some wasteful spending. Time to move on.

Sometimes you just can't take it anymore, get tired of biting your tongue and you say what's on your mind......they usually know that what you are saying is true. The outcome is usually what happened to you. Been there. Most spineless middle mgmt types got where they are by not rocking the boat. Odds are slim that you ever get one to agree with you and champion your cause. Ain't the way it ought to be, but that's the way it is. Situations like this is what gets lots of small businesses started-a smart guy not fitting well into the corporate mold, not willing to walk lockstep within the rules, daring to speak his mind. That was the problem is that I work for small companies where just being able to voice you idea is something encouraged and not frowned upon and that common sense rules not spineless mgmt . So after many years of me opening my mouth to them they finally had enough.

Yeah I dont think Scott wants to piss off Directv in that way. I still hope to see directv come here and provide the top quality support I know they can. If scott wamted to I have no objection to asking me anything.

Stone, I'm the same, don't post much but I've always read your posts here. Besides missing your inside info, I'll also miss your contribution to offset the constant DirecTV naysayers that post here. They sure could have used you over at the other forum.
