I'm considering signing up with DirecTV and am thinking of getting the Premier Package. The price listed on the DirecTV website is $83.99. I'm noticing that different websites offer the same package for lower amounts, some offering gift cards, etc.

1. Is there any advantage or reason for going directly through DirecTV?

2. Can anyone recommend a place to go that generally offers the best price?

3. Are there any other packages or anything I may be overlooking by getting this package?

A lot of people here recommend the dish store. Can't really help here but I'm sure a lot of people can on this topic. I would at least take a look and see what the store has to offer
