NBA 2011-2012 PLAYOFFS

I remember Lloyd Free on those mid/late 70's Sixers teams along with Dr. J, George McGinnis, Darryl Dawkins, Caldwell Jones, Bobby Jones, Lionel Hollins, Steve Mix, Henry Bibby, etc. Those teams gave my Celtics fits!!!

I loved that team and grew up a Sixers fan! Bobby Jones my favorite!

Hey Bill, do you remember the Sixer who use to kill you guys and went by "the Boston Strangler"?:D;)

LMAO!!! My 2nd favorite player of all time.

All kidding aside, Toney was a DEADLY shooter....and clutch!!

How did that Sixers starting five of Erving/Barkley/Malone/Cheeks/Toney never win a championship (the Sixers won it all in '83, before Barkley joined them)? Granted the Doctor and Moses were on the back nine of their careers then, but still.

Yep. I loved the team that lost to the Trail Blazers and that team mentioned above.

I still think Miami can comeback and win in 7

..Also, the same idiots that stated Bosh should be traded 'because he is not that important' are more than likely the same fair weather fans that now think Wade is no longer a good player. Last series, he AVERAGED 24 pt per game. In this series, game one...28 points. Game 2...24 points. ALL the fair weather fans were pleading for "others" to step up after the game 2 loss. Well they did, Chalmers had 24 and the bench had 23... But Wade, NO DOUBT sucked the big one in this last game...and Lebron, though he had 22...did just about nothing in the 2nd half.

Heat win game 4 on Sunday...because NOW, Wade's "manhood" have been called out by the fair weather morons in Miami.

I remember Spooooooooooooooooon giving the Celtics fits.

When any team plays team defense, by the end of the game, the highest individual scorer will usually be on the losing team because with the 24 second clock, their go-to guy winds up taking a lot more shots

How did the Lakers never win with Wilt Chamberlain, Elgin Baylor and Jerry West?

to say that wade or bosh should be traded is ridiculous. no doubt chalmers had a great game! he stepped it up and so did the bench. its sad that lebron disappeared in the 2nd half and wade never even showed up. no doubt wade deserves criticism after last night's absence. but to say he should be traded? last night felt like a meltdown which culminated in the unpleasant exchange between spo and wade. although i am beginning to panic as i do not see what answers miami may have for game 4 to beat the pacers,i do hope and expect that miami will turn things around enough that they'll be in it at games end. and even if they do make it out of this series,Riley really needs to see what he does with miller, battier and haslem. haslem has been ESPECIALLY disappointing this season. some real heat fans who i've chatted with today while beginning to panic still remain optimistic like you salsa. they were the same ones who called me crazy when i said i was scared of the pacers before the series began.

The bench was called out AS WELL AS Chalmers ...the "supporting cast", and they did enough that IF Lebron and Wade have their AVERAGE night(28 for Lebron and 24 for Wade)..they win..even WITHOUT Bosh. The 2 STARS deserve to be called out. THEY were the ones that were...MIA...no pun intended.

that's what really hurts. wade and lebron play like they did the first two games and we'd be up 2-1. :-(

You were right. Not only did they lose, but in the second half they had their butts handed to them.

forget if they don't make it out of this series. if they don't win the championship this season, expect a major overhaul with miami. starting with the players i mentioned above. the wannabe fans saying trade wade or bosh are insane. our three best players are definitely not the problem.

I sometimes wonder- what if the Heat had gone with a different big three (I.e Amare instead of LeBron) or just went with Wade/Bosh and someone else.
