A squeeze no less .... gotta give Hafner credit, he made it to 3rd ....
Tigers outfield (Boesch) misplayed his drive about as bad as they could.
Sorry Mr. Boesch, it was Jackson that failed to back up Berry on the triple ...
Both were trying to make the play ... had one let the other go, it would have been a double and possibly still playing ...
Things tighten back up in the AL Central. Anyway, Tigers have Scherzer starting tonight. Max has been pitching well lately...sure hope he keeps it up this evening.
Great pitching performance by Sherzer this evening to move his record to 10-5 as the Tigers win 5-3.
Tigers and Sox Still tied for 1st place ....
Seems like I should not watch when Scherzer is on the mound, I got back to the game, sat down and Scherzer gave up a HR to Hafner....
We need to win the rubber game of the series...and I like our odds with JV on the mound.
