Well, what do ya know.....it looks like the Pats aren't the worst after all. Wonder what spin the haters will put on those numbers.

Regardless, those numbers are VERY disturbing! It's about time the NFL comes out with a ZERO tolerance policy. Your choice: conform or don't EVER draw another paycheck from the NFL.

The second myth from my childhood that I debunked and abandoned was that there was any correllation between excellence or successs in sports and character. The first had to do with the guy that got into my house once a year even though we didn't have a chimney.

I enjoy playing sports and I enjoy watching sports, but I never really cared about athletes as individual human beings. I guess I followed my local teams because I have never had any reason to evaluate the edict that we "Root, root, root for the home team". I once had to do a late night service call for Michael Jordan. I remember that he was deliberately kind of standoff-ish, which is a posture he must feel he has to adopt because otherwise, commoners will be fawning all over him. I'm sure he didn't ever realize this, but I would have been more interested in Sam Bowie. I just wanted to get the job done and to go on to my next job.

Is the Bill Beliceck/Patriots way any less honorable than the John Wooden/Sam Gilbert/UCLA way?

Amazing that you don't hear boo about the Cowboys, Jerry Jones and Jason Garrett who still have Josh Brent on the roster. He is being charged with DUI manslaughter and has since failed 2 drug tests.

Because the Patriots are a successful team, Cowboys are an egotistical owners player collection.

Josh Brent was brought up today on either mad dog or espn radio, can't recall which one I was listening to.He will be suspended it's just a matter of time.

I don't think thought they were the worst. Just the one making news....this time around. Based on that link, most teams have had their issues.

I'll try not to judge them,Hernandez is still considered innocent until proven guilty, although the evidence does seem to be pretty overwhelming. It would have been much more classy if they had wore a hat for the memory of Odin Loyd.

I grudgingly have to give Elway his due. He may not have had front office experience, but after he retired as QB from the Broncos,he did become a car salesman(I don't know if he still has his dealership) & he has & does support Denver.

John Elway, one of the league’s all-time great quarterbacks, has become one of the best GMs too

I'm also sure that the Broncos will overcome the Dumervil snafu, although I was upset about it when it happened.I was upset about how Elway treated Tebow, but to be honest,if Tebow wouldn't have been so inconsistant,he would have not needed to depend on Tebow Time. Anyway,I think that Elway is both looking at & grooming 6ft 8in Brock Osweiler as his future QB when Manning does retire. Now IF Elway can make Osweiler into a premier NFL QB,then he will be a genius.

heard this awhile back and see nothing about it here or much anywhere.
it was reported that Tim Tebow helped break up a fight Hernandez was in back when they were team mates.
thing is the fight was reported in a Bar.... what was Tim doing in Bar ?
could not care less but the way the media likes to tear him a..... and many Christians don't go in them.
bar/night club
