Delay between Genie and client?
OK, another quick question. I have two TV's in the main entertainment area of my basement that I planned to mirror. There is never any reason that they would be on different channels, since they are both in the same room. One is in a built-in entertainment area, and the other is mounted on an adjacent wall where a billiard table will go. Both are high def, and the plan was to just use an HDMI splitter and feed an HDMI cable over to the wall mounted TV. However, it looks like it is going to be a challenge to fish an HDMI cable through the wall behind the built-in entertainment center (and fireplace). An alternative would be to just add another client at $6 / month and use the existing co-ax. The only concern that I have with this approach is that I read on a forum somewhere that you can get a delay of several seconds between the Genie and the client TV when tuned to the same live program. If that is the case, then it could get quite annoying if both sets are in the same room.
Has anyone experienced this, and if so, is there any workaround? Thanks in advance!
