I am excited about this series. I cannot wait. I expect each team to steal on on the teams court and the series be tied 2-2 going into the final 3 games...THAT'S where the fun will begin.

I think the Spurs have more of a shot than what some folks are giving them.With the Heat, one of the things you have to consider is everything that comes with making a 4th straight trip like this. Win or lose, I'm just trying to soak this up as it doesn't happen every day.
everyone has the Spurs as the favorite. Everyone also assumed that IF they had homecourt last year, they would have won.
This year, it could be different. Who knows... point is, the games have to be played. This is going to be an amazing series by two class act teams that have respect for the game.
Let's go Spurs,turn up the temperature(I didn't want to say "heat")......oops,forgot no AC,& right now,no LBJ.
Seriously though,no AC,that's a serious health hazard. They had to carry LeBron off of the floor due to heat cramps.

The old Boston garden had no AC and they played many a finals games there. In the 80's Larry and Magic were going up and down the court scoring in the 120's.
I'm not going to get on LeBron for the cramps because if he could of played he would've. Going to listen to idiots like Bayless telling everyone that he should've played on 1 leg.
That being said, what the hell happened to **** and Bosh when he went out? Those 2 just disappeared. I thought it a big 3?

They mentioned old Boston Gardens & Chicago Stadium arenas not having AC. The Bruins & Blackhawks also played in the same respective arenas. Did they remove the ice rink before the play-off games in Boston instead of just covering it up like they usually do? It would seem like the refrigeration of the ice would mitigate the heat. Also,when they carried LeBron off of the court,why didn't they at least try to hydrate him orally(for health reasons,not to get him back in the game) before they finally started an IV on him in the dressing room?
Despite how hot it was and all the stupid conspiracy theories over the A/C, Miami was on their way to taking game one until LBJ went out with cramps late in the 4th with a 6 point lead. The rest of the team took a sh*t when that happened which is ridiculous. Spurs took advantage of the moment as any other great team would've.
Like Hart said, the team disappeared when Lebron went out. I also don't know what else he can do to avoid this issue which happens from time to time at the worse moments. Bad cramps which I've had, make it impossible to walk when your leg just locks up. At one point when he came in for just one play and got us within 1 in the last couple of minutes, the rest of the team let their defensive guard down which all of a sudden led to a bunch of threes.
Having said all that, I still feel really good after what I saw for most of the game last night. I'm just disappointed at the missed opportunity especially when you don't know what's going to happen in Game 2. Miami needs a split and they had it last night....

I was joking about "Miami can't take the heat," but seriously it was on both teams to keep their players well hydrated. They should have had their players,including LeBron,drinking fluids on the bench. I don't know if they were already doing that,because I didn't always see what was going on on both benches,however when took LeBron out the last,unless he was so nauseated he couldn't take anything by mouth,he was just sitting there.
