Something is wrong with the recorded events of some shows. As an example I have the last 3 eps of Gotham and the order is wrong.

Yes, I have that issue as well in the last few weeks.

No, I don't know why, I would imagine it is a software issue, hopefully they address it soon.

Hey guys, I'm just curious, what recvrs and software is currently on your recvrs that your having this happen on ?

I'm using HR44-500 - 0x9de

It's a widely reported issue, I assume it will be fixed at some point...

The problem started with the release that supported series/episode info...

mine started doing it as well. it is like it is trying to sort by S/E in descending order instead of date recorded. And if an episode does not list S/E number it always goes to the bottom.

What is wrong with that? Wouldn't you want the show to have the episodes in proper order? If there's no info, it goes at the bottom. I don't understand why the addition of S/E info has been so controversial, unless I am missing something. I have had zero issues with recording. It displays them in the order of the show, not the order they were recorded.

The episodes in the pictures that are at the bottom were recorded before the S/E info was added.

Please note that this is not the order they were recorded. The new episodes lack the appropriate series and episode information. I have noticed that while something is recording, it appears first and will file itself in order after the recording is complete.

The order is wrong though. When you look at Gotham in my guide. It has the episode from 11/24/14, then it has the episode from after the software update on 1/5/15, then it has yesterday's episode in the middle which is missing the season/episode listing. It should be newest episode on top thru oldest at the bottom. Just like this picture.

If you have it set to newest first, it's not wrong. The S/E info seems to override those settings. You can see that in mine, too.

Also looking at the HR24 the problem is not there. It shows all shows in correct order.
That's because the new Season/Episode info is not implemented in the HR24 SW currently. Even if you have recordings via WH from a networked Genie you won't see the S/E info on the HR2x series receivers Playlist.

Q. In your first post, why did it record episode 5 three times ?

I just realized a lot of my shows last week didn't record. As I'm looking at all of the upcoming series over the next few weeks, even though they are listed in my series manager, they are not showing in my to do list.

It appears that canceling the series then resetting it works. What the heck is going on? This has annoyed me.
