We don't watch TV a lot here so I don't know when this failure cropped up. Anyway, I was going to watch SyFy this morning but it was not coming in. So, I ran the alignment test and came up with this.

9-16 x x x x x x 0 76

25-32 73 99 100 98 33 100 72 100

Setup Test shows :
99 = failure on the 13v (Odd) line
103 = failures on both 13v (Odd) and 18V (even) lines

Since all has been working for over a year, shall I guess the 5N1 LNB is whack? We have had some recent storms. I would guess the internal multi-switch has been 'compromised'.

99s and 103s are spotbeams, so don't worry about not getting high numbers on all transponders. The numbers on the other 99 and 103 are low, likely meaning an alignment issue. Since the new satellite was launched a few months ago they have been moving channels around, so I'm not sure if the x transponders are an issue or not. I'll leave that to one of the installers to answer.

Difficult to tell exactly what is going on. But for sure you have an alignment issue, so you would need to solve that anyway.
What receiver do you have?
What's your exact location zip code? Is that the same as your service address?
Are you actually missing any local channels (get 771 message if you select the channel?

Ok. I'm in zip code 30533. I'll have a look at the alignment this week and let yunz know. It has been out there for a year plus and I'm sure I've bumped it a few times with the mower.

I've not gone through the full channel list. I only tried SyFy, but I didn't notice anything close to that channel that was missing. Thanks for the alignment tip.

HD locals are either from the 99s or 103s, but yet you mentioned SyFy. It def looks like alignment issue. It looks like the tilt is off, could be the mast not being level. Also bumping the LNB arm can damage the dish permanently

SyFy is on 99CA (D14) Transponder 18, may want to check signal on that particular one.
Actually all these channels are on that particular Transponder.
