Is there a 30 second back button?

When I use the skp forward button many time I press it one too many times to get past the commercials. To go back I press the button above the rewird. It takes many punches to get it to go back far enough.

Are there any shortcuts/tips to do a 30 second back?

There is a 30 second skip/slip forward and a 8 second back button.

Hit your skip back button 4-6 times if you skip forward too much.
