Why is this roll out taking so long? I had to install beta software or I’d still have the old one.
If probably a pretty important one, they often times roll it across the country area at a time.
I wouldn't know how long its taking as its been years since I have been on a NR.
Mines (an HR54-500) has been on the new NR "0x0FF3" since mid-November when I forced d/l'ed it, as it was rolling out very slow (and still is I suppose) and taking too long.
I'd like to take it up to the latest CE above "0x0FFC" since I missed d/l'ing that one. But it seems the CE releases have shutdown for the Holidays and I guess DIRECTV will resume them in the new year.
There isn't any to my knowledge ...
I was saying that I hoped to catch the next CE after FFC since I missed the opportunity to d/l that one.
But apparently all new CE releases following FFC have been suspended for the Holidays I guess.
Well, if there really hasn't been one since FFC, you haven't missed one ... lol.
I was checking last weekend as well and didn't see one either.
Anybody know anything about this ?

Wow, heres a surprise, they have 0x0D80 listed as NEW for the HS17 at the moment .... I would imagine that might be changing soon.
That is probably because there was something in stream for a little bit and it rolled back to D80 when done. This happens all the time if you watch the tracker alot
C61K still keeps unchecking 4K with every boot up. Have to manually go back into the settings and select it even with HDMI CEC turned off. I am on 0xfba.
Causes for that is a NON 2.0 HDMI Cable in your setup or your HDMI Connection is NOT on the right TV input for 4K -Check your TV manual NOT all HDMI ports support 4K on all TV's
HDMI premium certified cable being used. HDMI enhanced setting is for HDMI 2 and 3. I am using HDMI 2 port. I appreciate the responses about making sure my settings are correct. But they are. Why doesn't anyone believe it's a DIRECTV problem? Their software is trash.
