So i tried my first ever mini bud setup tonight. I have a 1.2m Primestar dish. I just taped the Titanium C1-PLL lnb over the holder ;) i know this is out of focus and not the perfect setup but perfection is for some other day. Withing 30 seconds i got a lock on 4000H (99.2W). I tweaked it a little bit and I am watching TV now!! No other TPs are coming in but I will try to tune it tomorrow and report back.

Congrats! Yeah, you can just about get that one with a tea saucer. The challenge is see what others you can get. :)
I'm glad they have that one up there so strong like that though, it helps give one a starting point.

I tried 91w today and i was successfully able to lock onto 3774, 3925, 3931 and 4076. I thought 91w would have been impossible due to a weaker beam at my location but i was wrong.I have ordered the correct c band mount for my 1.2 CM and i hopefully it will give me better results. I am really surprised that i can pull BYU HD on 3925 because of it being dvb-s2 8psk and funny thing is that it is coming in stonger than any other TPs

Good Job son proud of you. Keep it up. Try moving the dish at 111w you should get City tv in SD. Nothing on 93w don't worry about that one. Also try for 113w.

based on the maps at satbeams.com, I would expect that you would have some good signal on 115W and on 105W, and maybe even on 139W.

105W has some radio transponders in DVB-S that might be easy to get
139W has the Alaska Mux in DVB-S, worth a try

So as i type this I am doing a blindscan on 91W using EBSpro with TBS6902 tuner and what i cannot believe is that i locked onto a 16APSK signal :yessign
How is it possible to lock this signal in a 1.2 bud when the lnb is taped to the holder. i will scan and see if any channels come in
