Man starting last Wednesday, TVFool.com has been up and down and up and down almost too many times to count.

Anybody know what's going on with them?

It is up for me, but the channel data is not entirely correct. The information is wrong for my CBS affiliate (KOIN, RF40 is where they are moving to but they're currently at RF25) and they don't even list it as being around in the future.

I suspect that they've done a more recent update (I complained about it being outdated previously and having troubles with stations that lacked latitude and longitude information) but it isn't right yet and it still seems to be suffering the coordinate problem to some extent (why I suspect KOIN goes missing). I'm guessing that there was a substantive change in the structure of the metadata in the FCC database(s).

They have had problems with the data base for quite sometime. Two networks have been missing for Tampa.

If you could dig into the latitude and longitude in the data set that tvfool is using, chances are pretty good that they're both zero (about 250 miles south of Accra, Ghana). tvfool uses an outdated coordinate system to determine what stations are near you and 0,0 isn't near anyone.
