Picked up KFC regular and extra crispy on way home from the airport. Ordered take out from Restaurant Kenichi (Japanese) and Chengs (Chinese) for dinner also, Greyson on way to pick them up.

Corned beef with carrots and potatoes cooked in my instant pot. Hey, I'm an Irish-American! I'm putting it together because I want a Rueben sandwich tomorrow.

Burgers and hot dogs on the grill. Baked beans, slaw, dill pickles and potato salad. A couple of local craft ales and lots of water. It's 98 degrees today!!! Luckily my patio is shaded.

Homemade Italian wedding soup,aka, Escarole soup. Started my chicken stock at 6 this morning, strained it, added my baked meat balls and the escorale. Some pastini and a fresh grate of Asiago and I will be full.
