I'm not sure what you might do with USB and Ethernet ports but at least they had the good sense to provide an HDMI output.

I'm wary of a machine that comes with ZIF sockets for missing chips.

Super Sunday was the C64 game we played the most or at least it is what comes to mind, you could build a team from the available players from all the teams...

Probably sometime either side of the Commodore PET 2001 models that also featured chiclet keys. At least the TI-99/4a had real keycaps.

Don't get me started on the Atari 400 and Timex Sinclair ZX80 that featured a membrane keyboard.

Not to exclude those under the age of 50, this site speaks to many of the classics (computers that initially used Compact Cassette audio tapes -- including the Apple ][ -- to store and load programs):
