Granted, due to computer problems I have been away from the forum for quite some time. I have since got those problems corrected. Now, I would like to know why every time I try to get back on the forum it tells me I have to reset my password. Sometimes it takes quite a few times to reset and get back on. I have been a member of this forum since about 2005 and never had any problems logging on before. Am I missing something here?

Likely you have a bad cookie. Close out the forum tab, then go and delete the cookie for the site. Then bring up a new tab, and log back in and see what happens

Forgive me for I am computer ignorant. What is a "cookie" and how can I delete it? Please instruct how to do it in laymen 's terms. Again, I had to enter a new password to gain entry in to the site. This is starting to get ridiculous.

It depends on which browser you use. Edge?, Chrome?, Firefox?, Safari? etc.

Its a problem on your computer. It has a stuck or corrupted cookie. You need to delete all the SatelliteGuys cookies.

To do this follow the procedure below. (I can't tell you the cookie names as its different for everyone.)

We have only had this computer for about 2 weeks. I have already messed up and deleted some albums I have had for years so I'm not taking anymore chances.
