Von Weise Actuator

Hello everyone,
This is kinda my last resort. I have the actuator listed below. I need a replacement for my ostrich incubator. It tilts the egg rack. Ive emailed Von on several occasions and have heard nothing back. Ive searched Ebay. Nothing. Where can I get the same spec actuator? TIA

Do you need just the head unit or how long?

VW was one of the quietest sat dish movers. Originally designed for hospital beds. I did not find it the most durable in use however- I was always replacing a VW because it had gotten a bunch of slop, or end play.
