Okay now, I don't want to ever hear whining from anyone who doesn't have one of these when they need it.
Get yours now. You couldn't spend $2 on a better sat-aid. :up

I got a couple last time they were on sale.
...figure if I break or lose one, it just won't matter. :)

other uses:
- level your RV
- level your concrete when you pour it
- put a little flow-enhancement in those pipes
- really come in handy as stocking stuffers for your sat-buddies
- check to see if your floors 'n walls are still 90º after an earthquake (California members, only) - :D

I paid 9 bucks for mine from The Big Orange Box. Still a great deal. I bought the one like Sadoun sells, the Johnson Brand Name. I have one of ther aluminum levels and I like it, so I bought their angle finder.:)

I have more levels, angle finders, compasses, machinists scales and such I should be able to BUILD a dish and mount from duct tape and cardboard boxes...;)

Careful what you wish for.
There's a long and old thread over on the Aussie satellite site about doing that very thing.
In fact, the recent "Caribbean" (okay, Cuban) poster who showed us pix of his dish, obviously took his lead from that site.

I just want every sat guy to have some basic tools: level; angle finder.

The Johnson Level Angle Finder is a better quality tool (smoother, better built, wider base, bigger magnet) than the one sold at HF.

I've never seen that website, but I'd love to, by the sounds of it... have a link, or more hints about the name so I can Google it?

I just bought a 3-way magnetic bubble level last night out of desperation, so I can set up my new motor/dish today :) I'm sure it's nowhere near as nice, but it was all that was available locally.
