    I have 722K receiver installed last saturday with 20.0 remote and L662 firmware. I'm using it in single mode with the RF remote. I have had the delayed response to remote buttons when in the Guide issue twice now. Used the front panal reset to fix it each time.

    I was ready to sign a new 24 month contract ,pay the $100 plus $15 to upgrade my 522 to 722 HD I was then told by Dish that they could not guarantee I would get a 722 under dish'n it up. I was told They may send me a 622 instead. That was the last straw for me.

    Thats True about the top of the line smart phones. I can however get a pretty decent non- Smart Phone for free with contract extension. The main thing is the cell phone companies pretty much treat existing customers the same as new customers if they extend their contract or sign a new one.

    Bad example, once off contract I have always been offered new phones for free or a very reduced fee depending on phone type same as a new customer would get if I agree to sign a new contract.
