yes, i did the blind scan... i'm still looking into the possible issues...including the fact i have the dish pointed through the balcony rails! :D I am going to try manually entering channels to get the others... thanks for the help

Congradulations...you have a dish 5000 system :confused: What satellite am I on? I keep hitting it, and cant seem to find it on lyngsat...(not sure what to look for) It's a STRONG sucker! Hard to find anything near it when your trying to point manually!

Thanks for the responses... That's what I've enjoyed the most so far about FTA...you never know what will pop up on wild feeds!! And the 'behind the scenes' look at our media has been an eye opener... :shocked ...I never realized the 'spontaneous chatter' shared between reporters while...

Thanks for the help! :) Iceburg: When I scan SBS6, I always get 2 ONN channels...one is 69% the other 70%...probably just picking up the channel on both h/v coax? :confused: Have noticed this happening on other sats as well...Not a big deal, though...I am really enjoying the new hobby...

Cool Iceburg! I thought I was the only one that collected that sort of stuff! I guess we all have that geeky side that enjoys test patterns and quirky TV stuff...like wild feeds, etc.

Dish is up and running!...now questions! Got the Coolsat 4000 pro this week :) Have the P* Dish and KU LNB :) Got it on a fixed mount, ran the coax, and am getting some channels! :) I do however, have a few questions that I hope the forum can answer... :confused: ...perhaps you...

Are the feeds on those sats analog or digital KU?
