I've noticed that if I leave my Dish 625 on the same channel for an extended period of time, a dialog box comes up informing me that the receiver will automatically shut off (well, sleep) if I don't press the cancel or no buttons. However, "Yes" is the default option... I'm not here to troll...

Hi everyone, I don't really use the DVR feature of my 625 much anymore and was thinking about switching it with a 322 or a 222k to save the monthly fee. When I called about that csr said that the only way to do that is to schedule a tech to come out. Can it be done by shipping the new one...

Here's one for you, my box just crashed(?) on a black screen with large white blocky letters, after about 30 seonds it restarted and all is normal now: "THEY ARE PREPARED FOR THIS TIME PERIOD..." Since all is back to normal now I'm inclined not to care, but it wasn't maintenance time...

Powerline ethernet is really iffy, especially depending on how your house was wired (and thus DishComm may be useless).... I've never dealt with the audit team myself, somehow having 2 receivers connected to a phoneline never bugged me, but I KNEW THIS. Big F-ing deal, they're still cheaper...

When Dish network says spring, they mean spring in like.. Australia or something. I could use a 922 as well. I tried to TurboHD on my 625 and it has a big hole in it now for some odd reason.
