Welcome Pac, I have thought of going up to 120, but don't want to loose MSNBC. Bugs me that I was not included in the Free Starz, been told twice that I need 120 or above. Added WPIX and KTLA supper stations. Scott

So far the anniversary deal has been nothing for me. As I am on Flex with the Welcome Pac, I have been told that I don't qualify for the free year of Starz. Dish has dropped the EHD activation fee, except for the VIP 211, I still had to pay to activate my EHD. Oh well, happy anniversary Dish...

HD on a 500 Can I remove my SD (prepaid) receiver and connect a HD (VIP211) to my 500 dish (activated using FlexTV)? What, if any HD can be received on 110, 119 with my existing '500' dish? Scott

The best I have heard is that those of us who have it now, and those who can find a Prepaid receiver and have it activated before August 1st will be able to use the GDMP for a while longer. Nobody seems to know HOW much longer. Scott

Not yet I have a pre-paid system, and I still don't have a new SmartCard yet. All my programming has expired as I was expeciting it "Soon", and now I can not order any new programming. Good thing I like the NASA channel. 3/30 I requested one, they said it would be UPSed to me 3 to 5 days, 4/7...

Dish Network was smart enough to create a prepaid service. I have gone from being disappointed that this seemed like the only option for me, to being excited about the options it gave me. This COULD be a wonderful service. But, because I won't commit to ongoing payments and fees, no body cares...
