I just got my replacement 622 (my previous unit would freeze and then restart at will) and for the first day it worked fine...well now its restarting all the time, I think this one restarts more than the last one...not sure what I should do, any suggestions...

Ok I just read scotts post on the upcoming 722s from a while back (I assume this is the new interface he was talking about) according to the post it does have channel logos! Can't wait...anyone have any idea on when this new receiver comes out?

you know it would be nice to have one dvr in your house feeding all of your tv's this way you could record multiple shows at once and watch them in all the rooms.

YES the dvr can be set to be used for only one room but the other room you have will need its own receiver.

yes this is the way that dish dvr's work, i did not like it either when i first switched so a year later when my contract expired i got them to upgrade me to three single room dvrs (with two tuners each) and one of them is hd. so basically i now have two 625's and one 622.

I just got off the phone with Dish and they offered me an upgrade from my 411 HD receiver to a 622 for free and also a free single tuner DVR (the rep said they were overstocked in these)...my contract is up with dish...is this a good deal...which DVR is single tuner?

I subscribe to Dish HD Gold and I AM getting the NBA-HD feed on 9466, the audio is horribly out of sync.

No it is not there all the time, it is only there when the channel banner comes up (pressing info or changing the channel) it comes in very handy and adds to the ease of viewing experience (seeing a familiar logo is much easier than reading what abbreviation they have to figure out what channel...

What excactly is uplinking, and is there a difference between when a channel is uplinked and when it goes live? How long does it take for a channel to go live after it is uplinked?

I have a 411 and when I use the extended guide mode the last channel gets cut off, is this supposed to happen, is anyone else experiencing this? Here is a picture showing what I mean look how the bottom of the guide is cut off. P.S. Sorry for the quality I had to use my cell phone.
