Thanks... Well that's good news, I guess. I had to have Dish come out and re-peak and they were able to get about 60-62. I still thought it was too low, but if your in NEPA and that's your signal strength, then I'm satisfied. Thanks. :)

Dish tech re-peaked the dish; I am now getting 62 on 105 (locals). I have to remember to cancel that 5.99 warranty.... :eek:

Um, the 322 is not a DVR. I think the poster wanted to make copies of his saved recordings. Regarding the quality, I haven't had any audio dropouts or synch problems for a while. Just lucky, I guess. :)

My understanding was that it was weak because is was using a different band (Ka or Ku, not exactly sure), plus it is an older sat. in the "twilight" of its life cycle.

I have a PPV movie that I taped about six months ago. After one of the recent software upgrades, I noticed that it is showing up in the DVR list as "Locked Event." However, if I view the same list on TV2, it shows up with the correct name. Bizzaro.

Caller ID works on my 522 with S-Video. The only prob I have is the black and white screen (the whole screen loses color--including the Dish graphics). I just plug and unplug the s-video cable to fix it. I've already swapped the cable out, still happens.
