@ g3 95 i get no quality on tp 11811 but good q. on the other 2 tps 11780&12050. is that tp down or is the problem on my end:confused:

is it possible to put a different ku lnb like a norsat ku in a bsc621. would it not improve the performance if its doable.

when the meter is on cband channels goes to 10 i change channel to ku same sat meter goes dead.same as q readings on fta.

yea was worken then was watchen tv when quality dropped then to 0 q strength signal str. stayed @ 73 cband side still works good. its the standard 621 not 621-2 took ku lnb off seems ok still think its the 22 khz switch. its a sealed unit no screws. is there a way to check it without prying it open

quality 0 signal good works good on c channels on g3 @95.

has anyone opened a bsc621 mine is not switchen to ku side & after trying all things leads me to think switch inside not worken even if i connect directly to ku side my sat finder shows no signal but lite is on so fta sending power to switch. that or ku lnb shot :eek:

was watchen channels on ku when signal dropped to 15 then 0 so i check cband ch. on same sat they work. so check setting in fta all good so did reboot still nothing now go outside & connect straight to ku lnb still nada. could ku lnb be shot how can u check lnb if its any good. lost on what else...

sorry have standard all settings good eg. gc3 get cband & ku feeds rtn mostly so setting in rec. not problem its finding a ku sat only thats the problem get all ku on csats thinken 621 good for csats but not strong enough for ku sats

forgot to mention not using plate read its for circular do i need it in for ku

universal using inside switch off for c on for ku thats works fine but still on c sats no ku sats ones with c& ku work fine whats the strongest ku sat i will try any ku just to get one

yes with true south set bar inside horizontal coax connect 7-8 oclock do i change to 1-2 oclock then arrow on feed would be pointing straight down. its pointing up now

thanks to all for replys & great posts this site best bud advice anyways heres where i am. i can scan any c sat i want c& ku.my lat is 49-53north&long.97-10west. on my bsc621 coax hookup around 7-8 oclock so arrow is straigth up. problem is i cant get no ku sats. i scan 121&125 but no 123 tried...

out of those 3 is corotor worth extra $.

so what are u using instead

now what i connected straight to the ku on bsc621 found sat scan was g3c/c another c band how did i get cband sat connecting directly to ku. so i try to get g3c ku band still scans g3c/c . whats up guys:confused:

some say geosat others corotor & simple bsc621who to beleive i know more u pay better u get but if cheap works its all good:rant:
