inner switch on lnb

has anyone opened a bsc621 mine is not switchen to ku side & after trying all things leads me to think switch inside not worken even if i connect directly to ku side my sat finder shows no signal but lite is on so fta sending power to switch. that or ku lnb shot

Have you used this 621 before and had it function, or is this your first try with it?
Is it new or used?

There are two models of BSC-621.
The one with a Standard Ku LNB, has a 22khz switch.
And the other model with a Universal Ku LNB, has a diseqc switch. (BSC-621-2?)

yea was worken then was watchen tv when quality dropped then to 0 q strength signal str. stayed @ 73 cband side still works good. its the standard 621 not 621-2 took ku lnb off seems ok still think its the 22 khz switch. its a sealed unit no screws. is there a way to check it without prying it open

You can use an external switch as a replacement.

The Standard BSC621 (L.O. 10750) uses a 22KHz switch.

If you power down and connect directly to the Ku LNB at the tip of the BSC, do you get good Signal and Quality?

when the meter is on cband channels goes to 10 i change channel to ku same sat meter goes dead.same as q readings on fta.
