North Central Missouri. Glad you have quick turnarounds. I used to drop a return in the mail, receive acknowledgement of receipt the next day and notice the replacement was mailed that day and it always arrived the next day. That does not happen any more at all.

The emails are hit and miss but I have gone from one or two day delivery after receipt of return disc to five days. I'm beginning to think the service I received at inception of the program was ramped up to encourage more subscribers. If this continues I will probably drop the service.

You have the infamous receiver is offline even though it is online problem. This and variations thereof have been going on for about six months. Dish refuses to comment about whether the issue is being worked on or will ever be fixed.

Looks like it is "functioning" just like everything else which relates to online access. What a mess the software/hardware is with no end in sight.

Yup got the 722k which unfortunately is not accessible online. Nice DVR but it is not accessible online because our beloved provider, Dish Network, screwed something up and can't figure out how to fix the problem so as to allow me to view what is stored on it online. The saga continues.
