If I cancel my Dish Network service will my OTA tuner still work, or will they disable it?

Yesterday I had nothing but problems all day with all four HD LIL channels out of Atlanta..Random macroblocking occured all day long. Not motion problems either, just a random breaking up of the picture at any given time.. Just wondered if others were seeing the same problems..Tx
