I just had my Hopper 3, Joey 2, and wireless Joey installed. The wireless Joey came with the 40.0 remote while the others came with the 52.0. I'm just curious if it's possible to request a 52.0 remote to be sent to you? Has anyone tried?

Not sure if this is normal or not the way it's supposed to be. When I hit the red button and pull of tuner activity I see tuner 4 and 5 grayed out. I have a hopper and super Joey. Is this normal? I'll attach a picture.

I currently have a 612 dvr and a 722 dvr. Is it possible to just replace the 612 dvr with the hopper and keep the 722?
