i'm happy with E*, i really didnt care that they didnt show MPEG4 or HD, since it doesnt interest me, I don't have HD. But, the principle is that he did lie.

I had direcTV and cable, and i wasnt happy with them, dish has more channels that i'm interested in than direcTV and i also get a discount with my sprint residential service with E*. dish is also cheaper than what directv was and directv had terrible customer service.

yes, you can keep the cable internet, just make sure you tell the installer that you have it first. when i got my 625, they didnt drill new lines, they took the one line and added these things to each line so it would split to each input/output.

i agree with directvisforme, except i have E* and i think they have a lot of variety, but not everyone has HD, I sure don't.

Information if they will start Scheduling DVR from internet, export to computer, and if the MPEG-4 receivers will be free or heavily reduced.

if I had D*, I would love those 4 channels. Not everyone has HD, so those channels 'you dont like' benefit everyone that wants to watch them. What's wrong with LRW, Fox Reality, LOGO, and CurrenTV?
