    522 problem...

    ...i had my 522 for about 4 months and I also own a 322. Last weekend we noticed that both TV's hooked up to the 522 have lost their locals. The 322 tv's both have the locals. Tried a check switch test and the guide download. Still no locals. Anyone have any suggestions? We have a superdish.

    Question for Southwest Michigan Customers

    Yeah, I am in the St Joseph and am in the South Bend DMA. because I am in Michigan, I do get the Detroit FSN and I do have the Super Dish. There are maps of each DMA out there somewhere on the net...I just don't know where.

    On transponder 11...119 is 101...110 is 106...105 is 62. Good sig strength. Yes, the switch is about 100 ft away from the dish. He called me this morning and said it was still having a problem. 2 322 receivers is what he has set up.

    Question for Southwest Michigan Customers

    I live in SW Michigan and I get UPN (channel 30). It is part of the South Bend local package. As for GR/Kal locals, not sure why you are not getting that channel. In South Bend, UPN is affiliated with WSBT (CBS) and they were forced to carry their sister station.

    322 problem

    I just had a new 322 installed last week and when in the point dish function a terrible screetching noise, lasting about 2 seconds occurs. Not sure if its related to the fact that when I turn on the receiver occasionally, that it comes up with the searching for satellite signal. Anyone else...

    Thanks for the info...at least its a concrete date vs "sometime in september". I want my 105 to blast off past 55 on signal strength. At least this should help against some rain fade issues i have.
