Thanks! I thought that was the case, but it's been so long since I've worked with this stuff I couldn't remember if there was something different about the probe for an LNA or not.

I have an old dual C-band feedhorn that was used on an LBA system, but I would like to used it with an LNB - is there any difference in feedhorns between LNA and LNB?

Got them back! Well I really can't explain it... but, I deleted all the channels and predefined transponders on that satellite and did a blind scan and both east & west RTN channels popped up... someone else mentioned an NBC feed on a nearby frequency.. . when I lost RTN and their signal level...

Yeah, I did a rescan... no joy. Did a power cycle... no joy. Strange that during the rescan it came up with a couple of SNG uplinks, but it didn't find RTN. This is on a Coolsat-5000.

It shows a signal level that fluctuates between 75-95 - has been stable prior to today - but the video has been blank all day... it was there yesterday and other NBC transponders on same satellite come in just fine.

Someone in the control room must have flipped the wrong switch, because it's now working.

Well it looks like PBS on AMC-4/16 (analog) is still there. It's a mirror of the programming on PBS-HD, actually it' been that way for weeks. I thought I remember reading awhile ago where there was some government mandate that PBS had to keep this in-the-clear.

In looking at this weeks PBS Sked-X programming listing they list Thursday (2/12/09) as "off-air" - are they eliminating their analog C-band feed?
