The way that i have done mine, is take a 2" pole and attach 4 ka/ku feet ( 2 back to back) with the pole in the middle and tighten as tight as possible....it will not move....the winds way up here are strong and they dont move the dish....

A multiswitch is no additonal upcharge if its part of an install or an upgrade...the only time that it is a additonal charge is when you want it for antoher reason

I love how all the directv installers say that you cant put a KA/KU on a roof when all i see is lots of Dish Network Super Dishes on roofs...its the same size, and almost the same weight...so blah blah...just put it on a roof.... I do it all the time...if done right NO PROBLEMS
