    The negative aspect of calling in the order is that they normally charge you $5. I hope that is removed since there is no remote option. By the way, Full Court has a free preview over the next few days.

    OTA Searching for signal

    I am having the same issue with one of my standard receivers after I had the Triple Line Dish installed. I have to keep unplugging the unit to reset. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I also get the X745 not available message periodically. Anyone have suggestions?

    Access card question.

    Best Buy (or any DTV retailer) does not get paid unless the card associated with the receiver is activated. After that, you should be able to change cards and notify DTV of the switch.
