Does anyone know why the 4 digit channel numbers were removed? for example Superstation KTLA was 8004, KWGN was 8204 etc. I know they are available in the 230's but I did like them at the 8000's because I could group them in my guide with my locals which start with channel 2.

My local RSNs are channels 412-01 and 412-09. When I enter 4120 it jumps me to channel 981 (Hawaiian CD music). This started happening about a month ago, any ideas what is going on?

Does anyone know why KTLA, KWGN, and WSBK have the left and right sides of the screen cropped off? WWOR and WPIX are shrunk to fit right in the middle of the screen. Will Dish be able to do the same with the other 3 superstations so we can see the entire picture? At least with WWOR and WPIX...

I have tried stream Dishanywhere from my 922 to multiple computers, both desktop and laptop, and I cannot get my dishanywhere to display as widescreen. Everything is 4:3 and cropped. This started happening about 2 weeks ago. I cannot figure how to change the settings. Anyone else experience...

Is anyone in the Sacramento area having issues with KVIE 6 on their 922 over the air tuner? It no longer is found when I scan, and I have tried multiple times. All others come in strong, even some San Francisco stations, but not KVIE. I am less than 20 miles from the antenna farm in Walnut...

The most recent occurrence was a recording off MGM HD ch. 385. I have not locked the channel out, but the recorded program appears locked in my DVR guide. I have a done a reboot/reset and still the same result. Any ideas?

Starting today I have been getting a buzzing noise. I am using HDMI cables and an HDMI switcher. I do not get buzzing audio noise with my PS3 which is also hooked in to the same switcher via HDMI cables, nor with any other tv inputs. Anyone encounter this, like i said it just started this...

Comcast Sportsnet California (Ch. 409) shows the Kings-Nets game in the EPG in HD, but no game. Nothing on the CSN website about it....anyone know what happened?

When I use the search function in the EPG, it brings up results from CW-W 6 San Diego. Not sure why it is doing that because it does not appear in the All channels guide, and it shows the channel is blacked out when you click on when it comes up in the search results. Anyone else run into this?

Giants game (8/15) on CSN Bay Area Plus: I clicked on the Giants at Braves game today on one of the ALT channels (440 something) and the picture quality looked unusually good. It wasn't an HD ALT channel either. It didn't appear to be compressed or have the artifacts/muddiness/bluriness...

Does anyone else have the issue of your 211 program guide constantly being out of date and having to download? I scroll to the next day and the message comes up. I have rebooted, unplugged etc and it continues to do it.

Is anyone in the Sacramento area unable to watch CSN West HD. The picture is contuniously pixelating as well as cutting in and out. It is the only HD channel doing this.

I have been having this issue for almost 2 weeks. I have an 811 and there is one over the air HD channel that causes my 811 to freeze and then reboot. It is always the same channel. Any ideas or suggestions?

Anyone else in the SF Bay Area get a blank screen and no audio from KTVU HD? I get the other 3 HD locals, and I also get KTVU analog, but not the HD. I have rebooted to no avail. This 211 is driving me crazy.

I turn on the tv and the receiver, there is sound. As soon as I change the channel, no more sound. I have to unplug and replug in the HDMI cable in the back of the receiver for sound to return. Then once again upon another channel change, no sound. Any ideas whats going on?????:confused:
