A couple of times, after the video glitch, the audio cut out for 30 seconds or so. The closed captions were unaffected.

My local CBS affiliate runs weather alert crawls across the top of the screen on network programming so often that I've taken to watching the other CBS affiliate available to me on DISH in my market.

Maybe it fixes the "100% watched" bug.

Perhaps the OP is talking about the once an hour "local" Dish ad break running over into the next segment of the program. I've seen this happen occasionally and it is annoying.

The info screen no longer freezes up when trying to return from one of the "You May Also Like" choices.

The annoying audio drop-outs on local channels remains. I'm watching considerably less OTA network content as a result. Not good for the long term retention prospects for this subscriber.

It's preferential treatment for everyone. Starz subscribers get to see it six days sooner.

If the networks did that, the local station government monopoly would be in serious jeopardy, no matter how much whining the local stations did.
