Multiple customers experienced same issues that the reason replacement was not sent. (reps probably didn't realize the issue at first ) But you receiver was fine after reboot. Hope you enjoy your new provider and contract.

The most expensive receiver on the account is Free the each additional receiver gets the fee. Doesn't matter owned or leased.

Dish could care less to help me. i had an new 722k put in 35 days ago and all I get is signal drop out now and they want to charge me $50.00 to come out and they call that a deal. I have been with Dish forever and never had any issues before this 722k went in. Glad my contract is up March 3rd ...

Get a DIRT rep involved. Because now they will hit you with the new receiver rate fee....

Are you sure you can't mix with a 722k ?

They take my 722 and I will leave them.... But I wouldn't mind the new Wally to replace my 211K :-)

I have a 722k now first receiver no fee just DVR fee of $7.00 if i add another 625 receiver how much would that receiver cost extra per month ?

No going into the back feed tv's with coax i would have to unplug each time I would want to watch ota

I have a 722k and I back feed 2 TV's on CH 60 Anyway I can also add my HD ota antenna in the attic to work on the same line as ch60 ? I know I could get the OTA module just trying to save a few bucks. Right now I am diplexing back on 1 wire to my other 2 TV's Thanks

Getting a 722 installed Monday and was going to have the installer back feed 2 Tv's . I have several cable going back to a central distribution point. And was wondering if it's better to back feed over a separate coax or let he tech install a diplexer and back feed it on the incoming sat cable.

Picked up a new 211k today and When I plug the phone line into the receiver. All my other phone lines go dead. As soon as I unplug the dial tone is back. Any Ideas ?

I would worry more about the house and not the Dish :-)

Had the Hopper for a Week went back to my 722k and 211k To me those are the best 2 receivers Dish has ever made. However I did like the 712 and the 508 back in the Day.
