OK, lets start over because im gettin the feelin that everyone thinks i want the HD Locals. . . I DO NOT WANT THE HD Local. . .even if i did, i didnt sub to any HD package weather that be $10 per month or $100 for life so i shouldnt get them. I just wanted to know IF i can do anything...

you could have not been more wrong and incorrect, besides. It's NOT manditory to have an HD package with an HD receiver. . .HD is an option.

SD Locals (NYNY) usually come from 119w and the other dish is on 61.5w. I have the everything pack without HD but my locals are now showing in the guide as HD in the low numbered channels (2 to 11) so i cant view them, i have to use the channels in the 8100 numbers for the SD, not that viewing...

hi guys, I still have a mixed arc setup and i normally get my locals from 119, only a few days ago i found that my locals in channel numbers 2 to 11 are in HD (which i dont have) but i can get them in the 8100 and up in SD. Is there anything i can do to have them back in the low numbers?

i just tried this twice but from 119 and everything remained the same.

ok, a buddy calls me tonight saying that DN called saying they are calling all there customers and letting them know that all channels will be moved from this 61.5 sat and onto the 72.7 sat. . . now i know there are heaps of topics on here about this, but i cant remember seeing any where the...

i have two of these and i dont believe there will be a charge for the first HD dual receiver. you can get HD free for life is you use paperless billing and a 2yrs contract i think it is OR you can pay the one time fee of $100.

yes i did a hard reset, my signal is a bit low which i know can be a problem but what sparked my question is how come on channel will show and the other wont on the same TP.

i have this problem where i can watch channel 111 (DIY) on 110w, TP5 BUT i cant watch LMN on channel 109 on the same sat and same TP. . .it keeps telling me complete or partial signal lost. i have VIP222k receivers and the everything pack.

to keep it simple, if you are only receiving 'ODD' number channels this this normally points to a faulty LNB.

im pickin it up on 61.5 but its not showing. . . i find a few channels on that sat are tellin me signal lost when there is signal and i can watch others

hi guys, i added on a wing dish for 61.5 and now i find that 'USA' is now coming from that sat location. is there a way to receive USA from 119 again and still keep the wing? why? well because 61.5 is a bit weaker. . .and just for my knowledge receiver is a vip222k

my locals are on 119. . .so then its safe to say im getting my FULL package?

and im askin now what channels will be missing if they have one dish 500 only at 110/119? takin into account a person who is not interested in any HD channels. thanks

not settin up on any BUDS, i mension my BUDs to show i already have a heap of cable runnin into the house so that will be used. . .i also mension channel master dishes ;)
