On my Hr21 I need to connect by Ethernet to my router to receive DirecTv's On Demand ... trouble is my router and computer are on the 2nd floor and my HDTV is in the bsmt ... any suggestions would be appreciated ... Thanks Steve

I also switched over in march ,and I couldn't be happier - MSG-HD & Speed-HD were 2 big reasons ...they were also able to reuse most of the E* wiring in the house so installation was a snap ... I saw my discounts in my 2nd months bill also ... be sure to use a friend or perhaps someone from this...

I just made the switch myself & the D* technicians reused all the E* cables ... E* is sending prepaid boxes to return my 2 DVRs ...the installer also took down the 2 E* dishes from the roof ... switching to D* was the best decision I ever made ,I love the extra HD

TIPS acronym for To Insure Proper Service ... throwing the installer a $20 can't hurt (unless you can't afford it) and will usually improve their attitude
