I had this service about 10 years ago but no longer have the equipment. I would like to get their starter pack that has a lot of local Canadian channels on it. Would I still be able to see the channels where I Am. I live in Richmond, va.

Star Choice installers Anyone on this board now of any installers who have put up starchoice in the Richmond, va area. I have tried the yellow pages, but most say they dont do it or have never heard of it. Dennis

Thinking of going to starchoice after the holidays. I have a directv HR20-700 hd receiver. Finally pull my receiver out after having it put on hold since July. I live just south of Richmond, va and I get transponders 2,3,8,9,12,13,16,17,20,21,22,24,25,26,28,29,30, and 32. On 2 i get 64 and on 3 I get 98. All the others are in the upper 40's to around 52. Dont know if this is a true...

With my bell expressuv hookup I had to have two dishes aim at 91 and 82 to get my programming. I live in va. For starchoice do I need one or two dishes. Dennis

When looking in to this service I was told not to get the Hd PVR receiver because there was to much trouble with it not working correctly. They suggested I just get a plan HD receiver and use something to record shows. Does anyone have this receiver and have problems. Dennis
