Mesh dishes have no practical wind load advantage over a solid dish of the same dimension. Mesh dishes should always be calculated exactly the same as a solid dish.

I like your avatar but I am not seeing either Mt. Rose in the picture. Which Mt. Rose is it supposed to be? (I lived on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe for 15 years so I kind of know the area like the back of my hand) I would be scared to mount a large dish near Mt. Rose as it gets pretty windy. I remember lift towers there swaying in the wind!
