15' projector

Might want to check out www.projectorcentral.com, they have reviews and specs plus a calcuator for throw distance/picture size. If it's HD content then a 15' wide picture would only be 8.4375' high (assuming 16:9 aspect ratio). Looks like you would need a projector capable of 206.5" or 17.21' diagonal.

There is a lot more you need to study. The brighter epsons (UB series) for example can handle this at relatively low cost. For a sports bar, you need to consider it will be playing in higher ambient light. That means screens that can handle that. Either high gain *which means narrow viewing angles) or special tech such as black diamond (expensive and not really made that big). Also, for most projectors, to get an image that big, you will need a long throw distance, like 25-40 ft. The calculators at projector central are a good starting point, but you need to do a whole lot of research before moving forward.

We also kind of glossed over size and aspect ratio. Most projectors are optimized for a 16:9 aspect ratio and that is also true of most of the sports being broadcast. That means that for a 15' wide screen, the height would be 9 * 15/16 = about 8.4 ft. To get a 15' high screen, the width would be 26 2/3 ft wide. Very impressive, but difficult to find. Selections drop off quickly after 240" screens

This guy can handle larger screens including moderate lighting levels and stocks up to 126" high. That would give an impressive screen, but it is DIY supplies so you would need to build it yourself.
