I guess you could call this a Playoff thread because I just found out the times of the playoff games. Bob Costas just announced it

Next Sat.

Atlanta at. Arizona 4:30 pm
Indy. at. Den./San Diego 8 pm

Next Sun.

Baltimore at. Miami 1pm
Philly at. Minnesota 4:30 pm

Sat. Jan. 10

The lowest seed left at. Tennessee 12:30 pm
The Highest seed left at. Carolina 4 pm

Sun. Jan. 11

The lowest seed left at. Ny Giants 1 pm
The Highest seed left at. Pittsburgh 4:30 pm

I should be right on the times but feel free to correct me. I'm doing this from memory but this should be right. Feel free to correct if need be.

Baltimore over Miami

Baltimore over Tennessee
Pittsburgh over San Diego

Pittsburgh over Baltimore

Super Bowl:

Pittsburgh over Carolina (of course, Roethlisberger's health is key)

NFL 2008-09 Post Season

Miami @ Baltimore Sun., Jan. 4, 1 p.m. ET, CBS

NFC

Atlanta @ Arizona Sat., Jan. 3, 4:30 p.m. ET, NBC

Philadelphia @ Minnesota Sun., Jan 4, 4:30 p.m. ET, FOX

Round 1 Bye:
AFC
Tennessee
Pittsburgh

NFC

My prediction:

San Diego wins vs Colts
Baltimore tears Miami apart
Atlanta beats the lucky Cardinals
Philadelphia runs over the Vikings

My predictions

Arizona beats Atlanta in a shootout (Atlanta, defensively, isn't exactly the Ravens or Steelers)

San Diego beats the Colts (Chargers have given Manning lots of fits)

Ravens edge the Dolphins (Baltimore has experience, but their offense isn't super-charged)

Vikings beat the Eagles (Adrian Peterson is a BEAST; I don't think the Eagles are all that and a bag of chips)

All good points.

I think all four of these games could go either way.

IMO, Indy-SD and Philly-Minny are the marquee games of the weekend.

I know SD did well the last two weeks but is there any team playing better right now than the Colts?

Colts over SD
Atlanta over Arizona
Miami over Baltimore
Philly over the Vikes

Colts beat the Bolts by 3 when they were both struggling. Bolts have the Colts number over the last few games.

I too am thinking that the Colts may be the ones that people should look out for, they have turned things around quite nicely...
Is Bob Sanders still healthy ?
Hows Dwight Freeney ?

Jimbo

Am I the only one that would love to see a Miami - Atlanta Super Bowl? Is the irony of arguably the two worst teams of the 2007 season meeting in this season's SB lost on everyone?

50 years later . . . COLTS/GIANTS . . . Manning Bowl I . . . 3rd year in a row a Manning team wins . . . 3rd year in a row Manning MVP . . . FIRST TIME MANNING WINS BACK TO BACK . . .

GO GIANTS!!!!!!!!!!!
