If I remember correctly,during the 2001 World Series,Randy Johnson pitched game 6 & then came in relief of Curt Schilling in game 7 & was the winning pitcher of that game.

I'll be honest, I kind of would treat Game 6 like Game 6. I say that because lets say the Cards win Game 6, you have to be practical and save people for Game 7. I mean if the Rangers and especially The Cards (because THEY NEED to win Game 6) use everybody in Game 6 for a win, who will be available for Game 7?
