The playoffs start next Wednesday night. Once again, ALL games will be televised by either NBC, NBSSN, NHL Network or CNBC.

In the Eastern Conference, the Bruins are the #1 seed, and the Penguins are the #2 seed.

15 of the 16 playoff teams have been determined. The final spot comes down to Dallas or Phoenix. Of course, seedings are far from being determined.

Have already purchased tickets to every Columbus home game. Can't wait.

How much are they going for and what were they during the season ?

First round tickets are pretty much the same as the regular season for 1/2 the arena.. The rest have a price increases around $20.

Upper bowl $60
Lower bowl $110
Club level $120
Glass seats $240

General pricing for outside the first round hasn't been announced yet.

My pricing is much lower being a Season ticket holder.

Round 1 = $35
Round 2 = $40
Round 3 = $55
Finals = $75

If the Red Wings don't start playing more consistant, thier stay in the Playoffs will be short lived ...
They have managed a nice run to get into the playoffs, however when you want to round into playoff shape is usually right before the Playoffs ...
The Wings managed to get it rolling enough to get in, but have only played .500 since the start of April, not a good sign going in.

Getting spme injured players back would help, but know one knows IF that will happen or not.

The playoff schedule will be announced late tomorrow night. I was just looking at the schedule windows for NBC next weekend, and it shows they are televising one game next Saturday and a doubleheader next Sunday. NBC will obviously want the matchups that will bring the best ratings for these three games. Flyers-Rangers is a lock for one of these games, as well as the Red Wings against either the Bruins or Penguins. If the Blues and Blackhawks meet each other, that will be the third NBC matchup, IMO.

Jackets take on the Pens with Boston against Detroit. Only thing left to decide is the date sand times.

It pisses me off to no end when the NHL does this. There is NO excuse that a potential game 6 and game 7 has to be played on consecutive nights, AND there's travel involved!!
