Yep old fashioned butt kicking. Hopefully next season, Michigan will be taking the same course Penn state did last year at this time. But I don't see any run obviously this year.

I just hope that the Buckeyes show up and play a good game against a top team .... they have a poor performance of late.
Then again, ichigan kicked PSU last year bad, some considered this a revenge game ... maybe OSU will feel the same after PSU beat them last year.
I would just like to see them crush a good team for once.
Because they feel that Clemson is the better team ....
Overall, they probably are.
I thought the two teams played this year, but after looking at the schedule, I guess not.
Nope, they don't play each other, and the only common opponent they have played is Syracuse, who Miami beat but Clempson lost to.
Hence my questioning of Clempson being a spot above Miami as opposed to the other way around.
Way to early to say Penn State is beating the breaks off of Ohio State, but then again it's way to early for one team to be up 14-0.
Big finish for the Buckeyes. #2 Penn State goes down, along with #4 TCU.

Its nice to see them WIN one like this, usually it goes the other way.
This game could have been one sided had the Buckeyes not imploded in the 1st quarter and they really need a TON of work in the Kickoff coverage team.
Buckeyes need serious work on the Kick Off coverage ... and need to quit making SELF Inflicted mistakes .... dropped passes and a few fumbles, GOTTA clean that stuff up.

Defensively, they did a good job with Rb Barkley, other than the KO return, he had 44 yards on 21 carries ... 32 of that came on one play ...
It took awhile for them to settle in the game, unfortunately ...
Buckeyes actually outplayed Penn State thru out the game, but kept shooting themselves in the foot, and the arm and leg .... at least they missed thier head.

And to think that tOSU LOST BIG TIME to those losers.
This is why I HATE playing those Big games in the first few weeks of the season ... going into a new year, you really don't know what you have ... Make the Big games week 4 or later and you'll find better games.
Your playing a bunch of new guys in those first several weeks that may not have played before on the college level.
In Buckeyes case they had 3/4th of thier Defensive secendary that was new.
It takes time to gell ... They are lightyears better now than they were then.
