30 second skip won't work now..

I live in the Grand Rapids, MI area and last week I got a phone call from Comcast saying they were going to be doing an update to my boxes. Well since then my 30 second skip on my remote does not work. I have tried reprogramming it with no success.

Has anybody else have this problem??

According to this LINK, version 12.31 disabled the 30 second skip. I'm not sure which version I'm running right now, but my skip still works (I think).

But that's only with Insight and Norwood. I have had 12.31 for quite some time with my Comcast Motorola 6412 III and the skip is intact. What I AM hearing however is that Comcast is downloading some I-Guide enhancements and the skip is going away with this download. I haven't seen that enhancement yet so I can't say for sure.
