to me, it would depend on eb games warranty. if it was me, i would probably pass. what model and price are they charging?

Be careful when buying refurbs, if its a banned unit from Xbox Live, microsoft will not unband it.

If it's from EB games it should be ok, I would buy the extended warranty for sure.
